I forget how it came up, but I told my hair stylist yesterday that I'm planning to dye my hair pink for my 60th birthday in a couple of years. During the ensuing conversation, she pointed out that my next birthday will have a whole lotta 2s in it (since it's on the 22nd, and of course it will be 2022), and said I should wear a tutu to celebrate it. The jury is still out on that suggestion. 🤨

I got my hair cut and styled today. Before I left the salon, I told the young gal who cuts it that my hair won't look this good again until the next time I get it cut. So I decided to document it on my way home.

Latest foodie adventure: the aptly named banana squash. It tastes like a butternut squash (and not chicken), and the one I purchased was a whopping 18" long. Indeed, it would deliver quite a wh[all]op if one were inclined to use it as a weapon. The seeds look like pale, flat lima beans -- will be interested to find out how they taste roasted. 😋
