I just found out (was reminded) that today is the sixth anniversary of the Tree of Life shooting in Pittsburgh. I remember the day well: it was a beautiful sunny fall day, much like today was. I worked that day, but went to Squirrel Hill for the vigil that night. When hate comes to your city.
