Latest foodie adventures chez Stas:
(1) Fun with fungi #2: golden and pink oyster mushrooms, sauteed with onion and garlic in olive oil and butter. These varieties took longer to cook, so since I set some aside for a quiche, I'm debating how to handle 'em when I put it together.
(2) Visitation in the marinade for an eggplant salad. I'm still debating how anxious I should be...
